Fast Facts About Your Transact eAccount
  • It's linked to your Lehigh Pass, whether you use the mobile credential or a physical card
  • You can go to your eAccount on the Transact eAccount app or via the web on your computer
  • It's the place to go to see view and manage your Meal Plan, Dining Dollars and Clutch Cash balances

It's easy to access your Transact eAccount on mobile or web

Mobile App

  • Locate the Transact eAccounts mobile app in your phone’s app store
  • Install the app
  • Upon opening the app for the first time, select Lehigh University from the list of universities in the app
  • Log in using your Lehigh single sign on (Lehigh ID and password)
  • Confirm your log in by responding to the Duo authentication message on your phone
  • Allow biometric authentication, if preferred
  • Once it is installed, the app will be listed as “eAccounts” on your phone
